Do 31. prosinca 2019. sve zainteresirane osnovne i srednje škole iz Hrvatske ispunjavale su Obrazac za prijavu škola. Ova se prijava smatra samo iskazivanjem interesa za sudjelovanjem.
By December 31st, 2019, all interested primary and secondary schools from Croatia were filling out a School registration form. This is considered only as an expression of interest.
Do 29. veljače 2020. sve škole koje žele sudjelovati na Festivalu moraju ispuniti službeni OBRAZAC ZA PRIJAVU UČENIKA.
U ovomu obrascu mentori moraju navesti u kojim izazovima sudjeluju njihovi učenici te navesti njihova točna imena. Molimo mentore da sva imena napišu ispravno jer će se imena iz ovoga obrasca ispisivati na akreditacijama i certifikatima.
Ispunjavanjem ovoga obrasca škole preuzimaju na sebe odgovornost da prijavljeni učenici uistinu i sudjeluju na Festivalu 4. i 5. travnja 2020. budući da je broj mjesta za sudionike ograničen.
By February 29th, 2020, all the schools wishing to participate must have completed the official STUDENT PARTICIPATION FORM.
In this form, the mentors have to specify in which challenges their students are participating and give their exact names. Please, make sure that all the names are spelled correctly as these will be the printed on the identification badges and certificates.
By filling out this form the schools take upon them the responsibility to make sure these students do actually participate at the Festival on April 4 and 5, 2020 since the number of places available is limited.
Učenici svih razreda osnovnih i srednjih škola mogu sudjelovati na natjecanju ako su redovni učenici prijavljenih škola, a natječu se u dvjema kategorijama – osnovne škole i srednje škole. Izvorni govornici engleskoga jezika i učenici koji su se školovali na engleskomu jeziku ne mogu sudjelovati u Izazovu govorenja i Izazovu sricanja.
Students of all ages are allowed to participate at the Festival, as long as they are regular students of the registered schools, and they compete in two categories – primary schools and secondary schools. Native speakers of English or students who were schooled in the English language cannot participate in the Speaking and Spelling Challenge.
Najveći broj učenika po školi koji mogu sudjelovati na Festivalu je sljedeći:
- Filmski izazov – 2 filma (2 učenika po filmu na Festivalu, ali više ih može raditi na filmu)
- Glazbeni izazov – 2 pjesme (2 učenika po pjesmi na Festivalu, ali više ih može raditi na njoj)
- Izazov priče – 2 priče (1 učenik po priči)
- Dramski izazov – 2 predstave (4 učenika po predstavi)
- Izazov izlaganja – 2 prezentacije (1 učenik po prezentaciji)
- Izazov govorenja – 2 govornika
- Izazov sricanja – 2 učenika
The maximum number of students that can participate at the Festival per school is:
- Movie Challenge – 2 movies (2 students per movie at the Festival, but more can work on it)
- Music Challenge – 2 songs (2 students per song at the Festival, but more can work on it)
- Story Challenge – 2 stories (1 student per story)
- Drama Challenge – 2 plays (4 students per play)
- Presentation Challenge – 2 presentations (1 student per presentation)
- Speaking Challenge – 2 speakers
- Spelling Challenge – 2 spellers
Radove za Filmski izazov, Glazbeni izazov, Izazov priče, Dramski izazov i Izazov izlaganja škole šalju organizatoru prije Festivala (do 29. veljače 2020.); suci će pregledati pristigle radove i uvjeriti se udovoljavaju li pravilima sudjelovanja – oni radovi koji im ne udovoljavaju neće biti pozvani na Festival.
U slučaju velikoga broja prijavljenih radova, suci će odabrati radove u gore navedenih pet izazova i pozvati ih na Festival.
Poziv za sudjelovanje na Festivalu sve će škole dobiti do 09. ožujka 2020.
Movie, Music, Story, Drama and Presentation Challenge are the ones in which the schools submit their work before the Festival (by February 29th, 2020); the judges will review all the received works and establish if all the requirements of the Festival are met – if not, these works will not be invited to participate on April 4 and 5. In case of a large number of applicants, the juries will pre-select the works in Movie, Music, Story, Drama and Presentation Challenge which will then be invited to the Festival.
The invitation to participate at the Festival will be sent to schools by March 09th 2020.
Publika će na internetu moći glasovati za radove u Filmskomu izazovu, Glazbenomu izazovu i Izazovu priče od 09. ožujka 2020. do 25. ožujka 2020.
Pobjednicima će se na Festivalu uručiti Nagrada publike.
Online voting for the Movie, Music and Story Challenge lasts from March 09th, 2020 to March 25th, 2020.
The winners in these challenges will receive a Public Vote Award.
Privatna umjetnička gimnazija ne organizira smještaj, prijevoz ni hranu za sudionike Festivala.
Private High School for Arts does not organize accommodation, transport or food during the Festival.
